I worked with the client of USFCR and our internal team at Revstar Consulting to design many different aspects of USFCR's Client and Admin Portals. The process for this work consisted of bi-weekly sprints, weekly team meetings with the client where I would present our design updates and we would discuss areas, features, and updates to be added to their platform, and designing mock-ups based on the tickets assigned to me in Jira. While doing so, I worked closely with the PM and dev team to ensure that we communicated effectively and were all on the same page. Design iterations were made based on our discussions and the feedback we received from the client.
